What is the Health Challenge?

The Health Challenge is 6 weeks of motivation to improve one’s lifestyle habits!

Concretely, the Health Challenge is…

… aiming at reaching 3 goals, alone, as a family or as a team, for 6 weeks, from March 1 to April 11:

5 Goal

Eating at least 5 servings of fruit and vegetables a day
Eat better

30 Goal

Getting active at least 30 minutes a day. And for young people, it’s at least 60 minutes!
Get more active

Wellness Goal

Thinking about one’s strengths for increased wellness in life
Take care of yourself

The Health Challenge is also:

  • Learning to get organized in order to eat better
  • Finding one’s own ways to be more active
  • Taking a moment to take care of oneself

Finally, the Health Challenge is a vast health movement. With over one million participants since its creation, over 350 participating municipalities last year and several hundred organizations that promote it, the Health Challenge is an annual health event that is not to be missed!
