A few facts about mental illness

In 2009, more than 1 in 4 Quebecers (26%) claimed that most of their days were somewhat or very stressful. Quebec had the highest percentage of all Canadian provinces, for which the average was 23%.

In 2005, more than 1 in 3 Quebecers (37%) stated that they experienced high levels of stress at work. Quebec surpassed the other Canadian provinces, where the average was 29%.
